If that is to no avail, you may then want to go to the Better Business Bureau site in the town that the company calls it’s base location. Here you will see if there are complaints filed against the company. This is a very important step.

While you are looking here at the BBB, you may find that the company has some complaints; this is not unusual for any service type company. At the point that you find complaints, find out if the complaints were resolved in a compatible manor. That is what it is about, everyone makes mistakes, and it is all about how you fix the mistake.
