The workmen’s compensation division administrator is set to seek the legislature’s establishment of a fee schedule. The fees would cover lawyers who handle workmen’s compensation cases. The administrator also wants an appeals board to be established. This division, which has recently been filled with scandal, deals with job-related injuries and compensating the workers who are hurt. The administration wants a change, and has promised to act.

Mesothelioma is a cancer malignancy that attacks the mesothelium. Pleural, peritoneal and pericardial are the three varieties of mesothelioma. It is a critical form of cancer and occurs due to asbestos exposure for a prolonged period of time. Mesothelioma symptom comes out after several years of being infected. The vast majority of mesothelioma deaths occur since the infection is clinically determined at developed stages of the disease.

One of the more intriguing medical malpractice cases that I have been exposed to involved a lovely English woman who wanted to file a complaint because her plastic surgeon had replaced some of the parts unevenly when he was operating on her breasts. In my possession were color images of the plaintiff’s breast, though it was my opinion that the images did not convey the harm sufficiently to be persuasive at trial. So, I asked the trial judge to permit me to have the plaintiff display her naked breasts for the jury so they could see. The judge complied and everyone went into his chambers. The jurors milled around as the plaintiff stood naked to show them her issue.
